While her work may not be present in the gym or during training sessions, it’s undoubtedly one of the most important. Martina, our nutrition coach, will apply all her experience as a dietitian and nutritionist to sports teams to provide us with the essential nutrition advice that will help us achieve our goals. Because nutrition, just like the rest, is another part of proper training.
If there’s one thing we all need to achieve our goals, it’s motivation. And there’s no one better than Germán to be our Motivational Coach. His extensive experience in sports and his philosophy that people don’t have limits once led him to competing in the Olympic Games. Now he’s taking part in Miles of Trust to give you the push you need to get cross the finish line.
Pablo’s extensive experience as coach and founder of BCN-MadridTriathlon and coach of the Spanish triathlon team are why we asked him to be our Head Coach. Pablo’s s ready to adapt the workouts to your fitness level, and he’ll give constant support to help you cross the finish line, free of injuries!
MOBILITY AND STRENGTH COACH
Completing the road to the finish line means we need to find the best version of ourselves, and our mobility and strength coach will design the workouts and show us the necessary techniques to get there. Judit will give us her vision of sport, focusing not only on finding that target to reach, but also on staying active, because as she says, “we train for our lives while improving our health.”
